By accessing or using BoostNotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
BoostNotes provides an AI-powered clinical documentation platform designed to assist healthcare professionals in generating medical notes. The service is provided "as is" and is intended to be used as a tool to assist licensed healthcare professionals in their documentation workflow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member to use this service. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
While BoostNotes uses advanced AI technology, all generated content must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed healthcare professional before being used for patient care or added to medical records. The service is designed to assist, not replace, professional medical judgment.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with service operations, or to use the service in any way that could damage or impair the service. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
The BoostNotes platform, including all software, text, displays, images, and other materials, is the property of BoostNotes and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the clinical data you input, but grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
You retain full ownership of all clinical data and notes you input into the platform. We use this data solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoostNotes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, but you will retain access to export your data for 30 days.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
